If after attempting to transfer a reseller domain you receive an error stating that the domain transfer failed because it has been rejected by the owning registrar.
Rejected by the owning registrar occurs under the following conditions :
1. The registrant declines the transfer request.
2. No accept vote is received for the transfer request.
3. The domain falls within the anniversary period.
