EPP Error Code 2001 is caused when the contact or registrant value stored on ZACR's EPP platform is missing required and mandatory fields.
Review the contents of the error sent to identify which part of the contact is missing required information.
You may be required to update the existing contact with the required data or delete the contact and recreate it.
At the time of receiving an EPP Code 2001 error the ZA Domains service notifies you via email. Below is a sample of a similar error.
