This guide explains how to map the status of a Domain Name registered on the ZA Domains Control Panel. The domain status mapping applies to all Co.Za Domain Names, Org.Za Domain Names, Web.Za Domain Names, Net.Za Domain Names.
Typically the domain status can be viewed on the Manage Domains view located within the ZA Domains Control Panel.
Registered.
This means the domains status at the registry is "ok" (Registered without any server holds or pending actions).
Shown in main tab of the Manage Domains page.
PendingTransfer.
A transfer request has been received for the domain registered on your account.
Shown in the main menu of the Manage Domains page (highlighted in red)
PendingUpdate.
There is an update pending on the domain e.g. contact update.
Shown on the Pending Update tab on the Manage Domains page and may be listed on the main tab (highlighted in blue).
PendingSuspension.
Shown when a domain on your account is between 0 and 5 days after its expiry date.
Shown on the Expired tab on the Manage Domains page.
PendingDeletion.
Shown when a domain on your account is between 5 and 10 days after expiry date.
Shown on the Expired tab on the Manage Domains page.
PendingManualSuspension.
Same status as PendingSuspension but triggered after you have manually deleted the domain.
Shown on the Pending Delete tab on the Manage Domains page.
PendingManualDeletion.
Same status as PendingDeletion but triggered you delete the domain.
Shown on the Pending Delete tab on the Manage Domains page.
PendingClosedRedemption.
Shown when a domain on your account is between 10 and 30 days after expiry date.
Shown on the Redemption tab on the Manage Domains page.
Domains that have expired and been deleted at the registry will be displayed on Deleted tab.
CartRenewal.
The domain renewal exists within a white label users cart and the user has not completed the check out process.
CartRegistration.
A domain registration exists within a white label users cart and the user has not completed the check out process.
PushedAway.
The domain name has been pushed to another Domain reseller's account on the ZA Domains Control Panel.
PendingADR.
The domain has been locked in accordance with the Registry's Alternative Dispute Resolution process. During this time no updates, transfers or deletions may occur on the domain name.
