How long does it take to transfer Legacy Domain Name to the ZA Domains Reseller EPP System

Legacy domain name transfers can take up to 48 hours from the time of the initial domain transfer request.

Uniforum SA imposes a domain transfer policy which requires that the first 24 hours of a domain transfer is reserved for the voting period in which the transfer is accepted or rejected. At the end of the 24 hours cycle, the votes are counted.

If the domain transfer from the Legacy system to the EPP System is approved, the domain name remains within the Legacy system for a period of 24 hours and only after this period has elapsed, is the domain name moved to the EPP System.
