How to Renew an Expired Joburg Domain Name

This guide presumes that you are renewing an expired Joburg and will walk you through the steps required to renew your expired Joburg Domain name.

 

  1. Log in to the ZA Domains Reseller Control Panel using your Domain Reseller user name and password.
  2. Expand Domains on the menu and click on Manage Domains
  3. Click the Expired Tab.
  4. On the Manage Domains page find the expired domain name you wish to renew. (The search function allows you to search for any part of the domain name, the User Reference, Organization or Expiry Date of a reseller domain name)
  5. Click the Functions icon located to the right of the Domain name and click Renew.
  6. Hover your mouse over the Cart Icon and click the cart to launch the My Cart window.
  7. On the My Cart window click Checkout button.
