Disable Automatic Top-Up Feature on your Domain Reseller Account

The steps below will walk you through the process of disabling the Automatic Top-Up feature.

 

  1. Log in to the ZA Domains Reseller Control Panel using your Domain Reseller user name and password.
  2. Expand Billing from the menu and click on Billing and Payments. 
  3. Click on Automatic Top-Up tab.
  4. Change the Automatic Top-Up button from On to Off.
  5. Click on the Save Changes button.
